He is a versatile storyteller, seasoned audiobook narrator, and podcaster with over twenty-five published novels spanning young adult, historical fiction, and mainstream fiction. Earl has received numerous literary awards, appeared on bestseller lists, and has been recognized by the American Library Association for his young adult titles. His passion for narrative and creativity has led him to narrate more than twenty titles across various genres, captivating listeners with his dynamic voice. As the creator and host of the audio drama podcasts Manhunt and Lennie Gray, Earl continues to push boundaries in immersive storytelling. Additionally Earl is a professor who has taught at colleges and universities around the world.
Beyond his literary and academic achievements, Earl is a dedicated endurance athlete, avid bicyclist, and Ironman finisher, regularly competing as a triathlete, marathon runner, and adventure cyclist.
